Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Entity Confidence website (https://entityconfidence.ai) or any services provided by Entity Confidence (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Entity Confidence
Entity Confidence provides analysis, assessment, and reporting services designed to help businesses improve how they are understood, trusted, and recommended by AI-powered search systems.
2. Use of Our Website
2.1 Permitted Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
- Use the website in any way that is fraudulent or has any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers, or databases
- Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website without permission
2.2 Availability
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the website at any time without notice. We will not be liable if the website is unavailable at any time.
3. Information on Our Website
The information provided on our website is for general information purposes only. While we endeavour to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information.
Nothing on this website constitutes professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should not rely solely on information from this website when making business decisions. We recommend seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.
4. Enquiries and Town Availability
Asking whether your town is available, or registering interest for an area we do not yet cover, does not commit you or us to any service.
We offer the EC Roadmap to one dental practice in each town, and we will tell you whether your town’s position is available. We may decline an application, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features or services.
Any change to the price of an existing subscription will be made in accordance with the terms of that subscription.
5. Our Services
5.1 Service Description
Entity Confidence provides the EC Roadmap, a monthly competitive intelligence report for private dental practices. It shows which practices AI-powered search engines recommend in the practice’s town, where the practice sits among them, and the actions most likely to strengthen its position.
The first month’s Roadmap (the Month 1 Roadmap) is provided free of charge and is yours to keep. If you choose to subscribe, you receive a new Roadmap each month from Month 2, at the price shown on our Pricing page (currently £495 per month including VAT), with no minimum term.
While your practice subscribes, we will not offer the Roadmap to another dental practice in the same town. In these terms, “town” means the town or area named in your Roadmap.
5.2 No Guarantee of Results
While our assessments and recommendations are based on research and professional expertise, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Improved visibility in AI-powered search results
- Increased recommendations by AI assistants or chatbots
- Higher rankings in traditional search engines
- Increased traffic, leads, or revenue
- Any particular business outcome
AI search systems and their algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change at any time. Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your implementation of our recommendations, competitor activity, and changes to AI systems.
5.3 Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business
- Respond to reasonable requests for information in a timely manner
- Use our reports and recommendations for your own legitimate business purposes only

Assessment reports and other deliverables provided to clients remain the intellectual property of Entity Confidence. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such materials for their own internal business purposes only.
7. Confidentiality
We will treat all information you provide to us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:
- Where required by law or regulation
- To our professional advisers under obligations of confidentiality
- With your prior written consent
This does not apply to information that is already publicly available or becomes publicly available through no fault of ours.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entity Confidence and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our website or services
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or availability of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us to be effective.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
